Grant Application / Project Information

The RCPSF is delighted you have decided to expand the opportunities available for your students and fully supports your efforts. Before you begin to write, we strongly encourage you to speak with someone on the Allocations Committee.  This application should then be completed in its entirety prior to beginning the project. Please give us step-by-step detail in your narrative so that our vision of your proposal is complete.  Equally important, at the conclusion of your project, the Project Evaluation - Report of Project Outcomes must be submitted to the Allocations Committee as soon as possible and not later than Jan. 30 for first semester projects and June 30 for second semester projects.

TWO IMPORTANT REQUESTS:  Please notify us of appropriate picture-taking opportunities and mention the source of your funding in any publicity you may receive!

Reminder: The Foundation does not fund stipends for teachers.

IV.  Evaluation: Please carefully consider this part as you plan your project to

facilitate completion of Project Evaluation - Report of Project Outcomes.

            A.  How are you planning to collect data to measure the success of your project?

            B.  What are your plans to share your project’s success with the Foundation, your colleagues, and the public?

Thank you for your creativity, imagination and diligence.  Please feel free to contact any member of the Allocations Committee with any questions or suggestions you may have about the Foundation or the grant process.  We truly appreciate your efforts on behalf of our community’s students to make the magic happen.
